Care Instructions

• Hand wash only
• For everyday care, wipe with a damp cloth, dry off with a clean cloth and allow to dry fully
• For heavier soiling, hand wash in water or lukewarm water with a neutral detergent
• Make sure the mat is completely dry before use
• Do not machine wash, as this may damage the mat

Safety & Handling

• The surface is printed, so rubbing hard will fade the colour; colour will also fade gradually with normal use.
• Because of the packaging shape, the mat may hold curl creases. Roll it in the opposite direction a few times to reduce them, and flatten it fully before use to avoid tripping.
• The mat has a slight step at the edge — take care not to trip.
• Leaving the mat down for long periods, or using it where wax, chemicals or water are on the floor, may discolour the floor or transfer resin onto it. Take particular care on vinyl flooring, new flooring and freshly waxed floors. Wipe the floor about once a week, let it dry completely, and make sure the mat is dry before laying it back down.
• Wipe up any moisture on the mat or floor immediately; if left, it may cause mould or warping of the floor.
• Do not jump or step onto the mat with force, as it may slide and cause a fall.
• Do not use near flames or in places that become very hot.
• The material has a natural odour; ventilate the room if you find it noticeable.
