Flatpack Furniture products can be delivered throughout Bangkok.
We currently offer "Drop Off Delivery" for items weighing up to 100kg through our official website www.nitori.co.th.

Area of Coverage
Furniture delivery with assembly services are available on BANGKOK, NAKHON PATHOM, NONTHABURI, PATHUM THANI, SAMUT PRAKAN, SAMUT SAKHON, CHONBURI, RAYONG. The transportation charges are starting at THB 1,200 per trip for the delivery and assembly of furniture and for products that are marked with 'Delivery type: DeliverywithAssembly'.
If you are a customer who's residing outside our Delivery Area (Chiang Mai or etc.) and are looking to purchase NITORI's furniture, we understand your frustration and would like to apologise for the inconvenience that we have caused you. We are working on expanding our coverage area to other regions in the near future.
Cancellation of Furniture Delivery
Orders of ready stock furniture can be cancelled 8 days before the date of delivery. E-mail us at contact us with your order number and state your reason for cancellation. A refund will then be processed accordingly.
Duration of Delivery for Ready Stock Items
Up to 14 working days.
If a delivery attempted by our courier partner is marked as failed or unsuccessful, kindly contact our customer service immediately and arrange for a second delivery. If you are unable to receive your delivery, get in touch with our customer service.
